Dr. Levi Irwin received his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary in 2006. He then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in San Jose California, (playing championship college hockey alongside teammates Dr. Pilling and Dr. Kalynchuk) graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2011.
Dr. Irwin soon returned to Calgary where he owned and operated Motion City Sports Therapy out of the Kensington Fitness Studio for 5 years. In February, 2019, he moved North up the QEII to Edmonton in order to join both the CORE family and the ranks of fellow Edmonton Oilers fans.
Hockey is one of Dr. Irwin’s lifelong loves. Instructed with Hockey Canada Skills academies and at the Banff Hockey School, Dr. Irwin played hockey competitively to the age of 18, and assistant-coached AA Peewee hockey in Cochrane, Alberta.
In the winter months, Dr. Irwin enjoys hitting the slopes on his snowboard, or the ice with hockey and curling. In the summer, when he’s not on the golf course, he’ll likely be finding some other way to spend his days off outside, whether playing tennis, riding his bike, or just relaxing in nature.
