Dr. Dustin Kalynchuk received his Bachelors of Science in Chemistry and Psychology from the University of Alberta in 2008. He then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in San Jose California, (playing championship college hockey alongside teammates Dr. Pilling and Dr. Irwin) graduating as Salutatorian of his class, and receiving the Presidential Scholar Award for honours with distinction in 2012. Here he was also inducted into the Pi Tau Delta international Chiropractic honour society.
Dr. Kalynchuk has a broad patient base including newborn babies, teens, stay-at-home moms and dads, office workers and tradespeople. He has also had the opportunity to treat top athletes from across Western Canada and the USA, and is certified by Titleist in the treatment of professional golfers.
Outside of Chiropractic, Dr. Kalynchuk enjoys being active and outdoors. He has played hockey since the age of eight, and often escapes to the mountains to go hiking and snowboarding, or to the lake for camping and wakeboarding.
Family is also very important to Dr. Kalynchuk and played a significant factor in his decision to return home to Sherwood Park. Dr. Kalynchuk is newly married and excited to start a family of his own. In the meantime, he enjoys hiking with his mother, and long days spent at the drag racing track or restoring classic cars with his father.
