Kelsea graduated from the University of Alberta with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 2013. Prior to completing her Physical Therapy degree, she acquired a Bachelor of Science degree with Biological Sciences (Major) and Nutrition (Minor) from the University of Alberta in 2007. Kelsea has continued her education and advanced her treatment skills through several post-graduate courses. She has completed post-graduate certification in Spinal Manipulation, Biomedical Dry Needling, Pelvic Health, Pre- and Post-Natal Exercise along with numerous other treatment courses. Kelsea has a special interest in the treatment of neck and back injuries, headaches and shoulder injuries. She incorporates various treatment techniques such as manual therapy, needling, postural correction, strengthening, and functional exercises to help her patients safely return to work, sport/running or simply their everyday activities.

During her journey of returning to running, sports and gym activities after giving birth to her 3 daughters, she also developed a new passion for pre- and post-natal exercise and education. Kelsea can help provide new moms or moms-to-be the support they need so that they can continue to safely participate in their recreational activities with exercise modification or proper core and pelvic floor engagement. Kelsea hopes to continue to expand her knowledge in this growing area of physiotherapy as well.

Kelsea keeps active in her spare time and also enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
