Her approach to treatment involves working together with you to create a tailored treatment plan that will get you back doing the things that make you happy. She uses a combination of education, manual therapy and strengthening/mobility exercise to help provide patients with the knowledge and tools to feel better, move better and stay better for the long term. Brooke has additional training in female and male urinary incontinence, pelvic pain & prolapse, painful intercourse and pre/post-natal care and support. She has also completed her Biomedical Dry Needling certificate and use this as an adjunct to treatment as needed.

In her free time she enjoy’s hiking, camping, traveling to new countries, playing basketball and volleyball and hitting the gym. She is passionate about getting you back to what you love doing, and equally passionate about hearing your favourite travel destination or restaurant in town!
