Brooke Padlewski is a physiotherapist with a special interest in sports injuries, neck and back pain following motor vehicle accidents and pelvic health. Her approach to treatment involves working together with individuals to create a tailored treatment plan that will get people back doing the things that make them happy. She uses a combination of education, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and research to help provide patients with the knowledge and tools to feel better, move better and stay better for the long term.
She loves the idea of working with individuals and promoting healthy movement which sparked her interest in becoming a physio. She graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology degree and continued her education to complete her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. Brooke has additional training in Female and Male Urinary Incontinence and is looking forward to offering this support at Core in the coming future! She also has worked with patients following various surgeries, joint replacements, amputee’s, organ transplants and traumatic brain injury.
In her free time Brooke enjoys hiking, camping, playing basketball, hitting the gym or trying new fitness classes with friends. She is passionate about getting you back to what you love doing, and equally passionate about hearing your favourite travel destination or restaurant in town!
