Brooke Padlewski, PT

7

A large part of Brooke’s life has been centered around playing sports and being active which sparked her interest in becoming a physiotherapist. She loves that she gets to spend each day at the clinic working with individuals to promote healthy movement and help them reach their goals.

She graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelors of Kinesiology and went on to complete her Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy. She has a special interest in sports injuries, pelvic health and neck and back pain following motor vehicle accidents. She uses a combination of education, manual therapy and strengthening/mobility exercise to help provide patients with the knowledge and tools to feel better, move better and stay better for the long term.

Brooke has additional training in female urinary incontinence, pelvic pain & prolapse, painful intercourse and pre/post-natal care and support. She has also completed her Biomedical Dry Needling certificate and use this as an adjunct to treatment as needed.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, traveling to new countries, playing basketball and volleyball and hitting the gym. She is passionate about getting you back to what you love doing, and equally passionate about hearing your favourite travel destination or restaurant in town!
